Who we share your data with
Western Roundup Living Sober will not share, trade, or sell personal contact information with third parties; however, please review the privacy policies of our integrated services to learn how your data is handled by them.
When you sign up for a volunteer shift for a Western Roundup Living Sober event, we upload your name and email address to our volunteer management system, POINT, and you will be contacted with instructions on how to create an account. How long we retain your data
Most information that you provide on our site is handled by a third party service. Our contact form and volunteer sign-up form are handled internally by Forminator. Forminator captures the IP Address for each submission to a Form. Other personal data such as your name and email address may also be captured, depending on the Form Fields. When visitors or users submit a form we retain the data internally for 365 days. Form results are sent to the appropriate recipients who may store the form results in their email at their discretion.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
